My Attack At Bomans Was Pre-Planned Activist Morara Kebaso Claims
Reflecting on the event, Morara alleged that the whole act was pre-planned and he wasn’t curious enough to notice the red flags.
He claimed that upon his arrival at the main gate, he was denied access into the building and was only allowed after the public demanded the officers manning the door to let him through.
“I was then prevented from entering the door at Bomas, I went to another door and I was still prevented, and also to the third door.
I came to the first door and found a high-ranking officer who said that I can only go in with one person and I think that is where my security was compromised,” he stated in an interview with Spice FM.
Morara had sought to address the audience, whom he said were the ones demanding him on stage when he was denied the opportunity.
The activist stated that he suddenly saw a team coming from behind the podium and immediately took chairs and directed them toward him and his team.
“I kept calm but when it got serious I tried to escape but the exit towards the side I was escaping was closed so I was cornered, my bodyguard was injured and I was hit by more than 30 chairs.”
During a press briefing on Sunday, Morara revealed that he was okay.
“I am happy that I’m alive, I don’t have any permanent injuries or am paralyzed in a wheelchair. I am back in circulation,” he said.
