The Company said the incident happened while the aircraft was parked, when it rolled off the ramp and came into contact with a pole, resulting in some damage to its nose.
“We wish to report that no injuries occurred to our staff during this incident,” Jambojet said.
The Company affirmed that its team is working diligently with the authorities to investigate the matter and ensure all necessary measures are taken to prevent a recurrence.
Jambojet assured Kenyans that safety remains its top priority, and it remains committed to maintaining the highest standards in all its operations.
The aircraft has since been removed from operations until it is cleared.
Jambojet said there will be some flight disruptions due to the incident, adding that affected guests will be communicated to directly.
